The Axewomen basketball team swept the two game home series versus Memorial this past weekend. Halifax, N.S. native Katie Ross played a solid role in achoring the Axewomen's defensive effort in Acadia's two wins. Ross led the Axewomen with seven rebounds, six of which were defensive, along with 10 points in the first of two games.
