The Axewomen basketball team picked up a 87-66 win against the visiting Dalhousie Tigers this past Thursday evening. Second year forward Kelsey Rice was named as the Subway Player of the Game for her contribution to the win. From Beaver Bank, N.S., Rice netted 17 points in the Axewomen's win and recorded nine rebounds. The Bachelor of Kinesiology student-athlete was six for six from the floor and five for five from the free throw line.
