The Axemen football team got back onto the winning track with a 31-9 win over the visiting Bishop’s Gaiters on Homecoming weekend. For the second week in a rown, Calgary, Atla. Native Hunter Guenard is the male athlete of the week. Hunter Guenard was 17 for 24 passes for 229 yards in the air that included a 42 yard TD pass. Hunter posted two touchdown passes in the win. Guenard currently leads the AUS is touchdown passes, overall passing yardage, passing completion percentage and efficiency.
