Second year receiver Cordell Hastings pulled in three passes for 103 yards for the Axemen. From Calgary, Alta., Hastings scored two touchdowns including a 28 yard touchdown reception early in the third quarter and a 93 yard touchdown reception with just over five minutes remaining in the game. Hastings leads the Axemen with 193 yards in receiving in two games and three touchdowns. He is fifth among leading receivers in the AUS.
