The Axemen hockey team will have a second chance after the best of five semi-final series ended in with a game five loss to StFX. During the last two games of the semi-final series, Saskatoon, Sask. native Boston Leier scored a goal with 1:17 remaining in the game five to close the X-Men’s lead to 6-5. Leier had the opening goal for the Axemen in Acadia’s 4-3 loss in game four. Leier leads in AUS in post-season scoring and points with five goals and three assists in seven games.
