Halifax, N.S. native Jenna Boudreau was instrumental in the Axewomen soccer team’s Friday night win over the visiting Moncton Aigles Bleues. After an early Axewomen goal, the game settled into a tough back and forth match in the first half. A fourth year striker, Boudreau capitalized on an errant touch by the goalkeeper and scored the insurance goal to give Acadia the 2-0 lead. Not done yet, Boudreau notched her second of the game and third of the season after once again winning a tackle from a Moncton defender, then beating a player before sending Acadia to a 3-0 lead.
