The Axewomen basketball team swept the visiting UNB Reds this past weekend in a two-game weekend series, moving into first place in the AUS standings. Third year guard Rachel Clouatre-Trudeau was named the Subway Player of the Game in the Axewomen’s win on Friday. From St. Jean sur Richelieu, Que., Clouatre-Trudeau averaged 17 points per game and shot 60% from the floor. She also added eight rebounds and nine assists in the two wins. Rachel sits third in team points per game with 12.1 and second in field goal percentage of 46.2.
