The Axewomen swim team posted a strong second-place finish at the AUS Championships this past weekend and first-year swimmer Madison Murray contributed to her team’s success. From Burlington, Ont., Murray was named the AUS Championship Rookie of the Meet with a win in the 200m breaststroke, a silver medal finish in the 400m individual medley and a bronze medal win in the 200m individual medley. Murray was also part of the third-place finish of the Axewomen 800m freestyle relay.
