Third-year community development student Charlie Desroches delivered a steady two-way performance on the blue line in the opening games of the AUS semifinal series.
Desroches picked up an assist in Friday night’s matchup with Moncton and finished +1 over the first two games, providing stability on the back end as the Axemen battled through a tough road weekend.
The series now shifts back to Wolfville, where Acadia will look to keep its season alive in a must-win Game 3 on Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
