Jalynn Skeir will be entering her third season with the Axewomen. 

A 5 year player for the CBU Capers, Jalynn joined the staff at Acadia as part of a Sport Nova Scotia University Female Coach Apprenticeship grant. Jalynn has been very active as a head coach and assistant coach for Basketball Nova Scotia provincial teams, representing the province both as a player, and as a coach at numerous Canada Basketball National Championships. 

Jalynn is currently completing her Bachelor of Education at Acadia, and looks forward to becoming a teacher in the near future.
