  • Chappus & George named to East-West Bowl roster

    TORONTO, ON - Defensive lineman Kyle Chappus and defensive back and kicker Ben George will be heading to Hamilton for the May 7th East-West Bowl that showcases those draft-eligible in 2023. The Bowl games returns after a two year hiatus.

Six Axemen were named as AUS All-Stars including Kyle Chappus, Anderson Recker, Kameron Bell, Ben George and Matthew Gledhill.

    WOLFVILLE, N.S. – Matt Gledhill’s 41 yard pass reception for a touchdown and Scott Perry’s 62 yard reception for a major in the opening half was good enough for the win as the Axemen handed the visiting Saint Mary’s Huskies a 33-10 win in front of a COVID-19 restricted crowd of 500 fans.
  • Mounties slide by Axemen in a 10-9 win in season opener

    The Mount Allison Mounties treated a large Homecoming crowd to a thrilling 10-9 victory to kick of the AUS football regular season at Alumni Field on Saturday. The game was the first AUS football game played on Mount Allison’s campus since the end of the 2019 season.
