The Axewomen volleyball team opened a new decade with a 3-2 win over the visiting Moncton Aigles Bleues this past Friday evening. Third year outside hitter Lucy Glen-Carter had a match of her career at Acadia. The Toronto, Ont. native posted a match-high, season-high and career-high 26 kills in the win. Not only was it a feat to deliver 26 kills but her attack percentage was an amazing 0.479. A lethal weapon on the court, Glen-Carter recorded 30 points including three blocks and one service ace. Glen-Carter leads the AUS in kills with 141 total kills and kills per set with 3.62.
