The Axewomen basketball rebounded from their first loss of the season last weekend by posting a convincing 96-65 win over the Dalhousie Tigers. Fourth year Axewomen forward Haley McDonald was named the Subway Player of the game for her performance against the Tigers. McDonald, from Port Williams, N.S., a game-high 28 points that included 7 assists and was 11 for 23 from the floor. McDonald is second in AUS points per game with 22.3, second in AUS assists with 30; second in field goals with 55 of 131 and first in three-point shots made with 19 of 49.
