The Acadia swim team picked up their second meet win in a row and the Axemen defeated the Dalhousie Tigers for the second time this season, this time at the Jack Scholz meet hosted by Acadia. First year swimmer Dean Sangster posted needed points in the win over Dalhousie. The native of Truro, N.S., captured gold in the 50m 100m and 200m backstroke along with a third-place finish in the 100m freestyle. Sangster was part of the gold medal-winning 400m freestyle, 400m medley, and 200m medley relay teams.
