Graham joins Axemen offence for 2025 season
Running back Carson Graham has committed to the Acadia Axemen football program for the upcoming season.
Graham, a Calgary native, joins the Axemen after a successful high school career at Ernest Manning High School, where he helped lead the Griffins to an undefeated city and provincial championship in 2023. He captained the team in 2024, guiding them to a provincial semifinal appearance and earning individual accolades along the way.
The 5'9, 180-pound back also excelled in spring football with the Calgary Wildcats, serving as team captain and helping them reach the city finals. He was part of the undefeated 2023 Wildcats team that captured the city championship.
Graham, who has also represented Alberta at the U17 level, was a league all-star and finished his high school career without ever fumbling the ball.
“I’m just truly honoured to be able to continue my football career at Acadia University,” said Graham. “When I stepped foot in Wolfville for the first time, I knew this was the place I wanted to spend the next four to five years. I’m extremely excited to be able to leave my mark on such a historic program.”
Graham will pursue a degree in business while continuing his football journey with the Axemen.
