"The Jack Sholz meet began with a bang and finished with a bang. The team came into the Jack Scholz meet with high expectations and our goal was to win both the men's title and overall point title," noted a very happy head coach Gary MacDonald.

After two days of tough fast swimming, the Axemen and Axewomen exceeded their expectations with a dominant win in the men's division and a very exciting win for the over the title.

"It was a team effort and there were many surprises both in the men and women's division. Team rapport was at its peak as we knew something special was happening. A very rewarding weekend overall but hopefully the first step in a long process as our main goal is to win our first AUS championships this coming February," noted MacDonald.
