In a match-up between Acadia and Mount Allison on August 30 to open the AUS regular season, Acadia came out on top with a 3-1 victory.
Acadia took an early lead with goals from Taylor Kay and Alli Kelly (2) in the first half. Mount Allison managed to pull one back in the second half with a goal from Maeve Williams, but it wasn't enough to stage a comeback.
