Preparing for the 2024-25 season, the Axemen have welcomed Alex Jonsen-Humble to the program.

WOLFVILLE – Acadia University's Department of Athletics celebrated the 2023-24 season on Wednesday night at the annual Fred G. Kelly Awards Night, hosted in Andrew H. McCain Arena.

The Acadia swim team continues to build their recruitment class for 2024-25 with the commitment of Alexander Hussey.

MONTREAL – The final day of the U SPORTS swimming championships wrapped up Saturday night with the Acadia women’s 4x100 medley being the last event of the weekend.

The Acadia women’s swim program is excited to have Emma Wintermeyer commit for the 2024-25 season.

MONTREAL – The second day of competition at the U SPORTS swimming championships saw Ella Collins with the top finish for Acadia, similar to the opening day of the three-day event.

MONTREAL – Ella Collins finished seventh in the A final of the women’s 100m breaststoke event with a time of 1:12.47 to lead Acadia swimming results on the opening day of the 2024 U SPORTS swimming championships hosted by McGill University.

The Axemen swim program continues to build towards next season with the commitment of Angus Charland for the 2024-25 season.

Swimmers Sophie Rooney and Gordon Shortt have been named Acadia athletes of the week for the period ending February 25.

The Dalhousie Tigers women’s and men’s teams won the AUS Championship Sunday evening at Dalplex.

Acadia’s Ella Collins set and broke an AUS record on day two of the AUS championships, but the Dalhousie Tigers continue to lead in the team standings.

The opening day of the 2023-24 AUS Swimming Championships presented by Bell saw a new AUS record holder crowned and very few repeat medal winners. When the dust settled, it was the Dalhousie teams holding first place in both the men’s and women’s teams standings.

WOLFVILLE – While the AUS championship is just a week away, the Axemen swim program is also working towards the 2024-25 season by welcoming new commitments. Xavier LeBouthillier is the most recent swimmer to sign with Acadia for fall 2024.

WOLFVILLE – The nationally ranked Axewomen swim team is excited to announce Anna Whittaker as the newest commit for the 2024 season.

Maya Slee has officially committed to the Acadia swimming team for the 2024-25 season.

SAINT JOHN - Dalhousie swimmers won nine of the 12 events on Sunday, the final day of competition at the UNB Invitational, at the Canada Games Aquatic Centre, in Saint John.
